Collaboration is vital in communities working to serve, support and empower its most marginalized and those most deeply impacted by injustice

No one organization can solve all issues, people’s situations are complex and multifaceted and thus require collaborative efforts

This requires concerted efforts and practices in understanding and focusing on your organization’s strengths, the other work happening already in the community and the real felt needs of those most marginalized
